Robert is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and full member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). He is a qualified secondary teacher and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychology as well as a Masters and PhD in Cognitive Developmental Psychology at The University of Melbourne.

Robert has over 20 years of experience in a range of settings including Medical Clinics, Secondary Schools, Youth Welfare Organisations, Universities and Businesses (both Local and Global). He employs a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to support people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma and general distress with life.
