Dr Pike completed a Bachelor of Applied Science at RMIT University followed by an honours year studying DNA changes in people suffering chronic lymphocytic leukaemia at the bone marrow transplant unit, the Alfred Hospital, Melbourne.

Dr Pike commenced at Belgrave Medical Clinic in October 2018. She continues to practice part time in community health also, has an interest in pain management and is an acupuncture practitioner.
Her other interests include longevity, lifestyle medicine and preventative care.
Dr Pike is committed to helping her patients achieve long healthy lives.
During her training, Dr Pike completed rotations at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and Warrnambool Base Hospital, including general medicine, emergency medicine, respiratory medicine, upper gastrointestinal surgery, dermatology, addiction medicine and psychiatry.
Since completing her early training she has gone on to work in many varied positions including further experience in emergency medicine, psychiatry (including mother-baby psychiatry) and also working as a locum medical officer at the women’s prison in Ravenhall. Jamie has worked in general practice in both community health services and private practices.
Jamie is a devoted wife and mother of two young daughters. She is a local who feels a connection to these hills where she grew up. She enjoys reading, walking, growing food and indigenous plants.
