They are specialists in the field of exercise prescription relating to a particular chronic condition. This means that not only are the exercises prescribed safe for your condition but they are also going to achieve the best outcomes and improve your condition overall.
Qualifications/Education/Training
Full membership with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (Registered in both Exercise Science, and Exercise Physiology).
Bachelor of Exercise Science,
Bachelor of Psychology (Honours),
Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology

Career Path
Monika has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. As well as being a qualified Exercise Physiologist, Monika also has taught a variety of classes spanning two decades, such as aqua and land aerobics, and hydrotherapy for rehabilitation.
As an Exercise Physiologist Monika sees patients for a variety of conditions such as, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, and arthritis.
Monika particularly enjoys working with patients with autonomic dysfunction and associated conditions such as POTS, EDS, generalized joint hypermobility and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Her additional studies in psychology are a great asset in helping her further assist her patients.
